I travel an unfixable road
That life has tragically bestowed
Winding holes I cannot go around
As I try unsuccessfully to rebound

This road has taken many turns
Onlookers have so many concerns
They voice them each and every day...
I want to scream "I'm not Okay"

To explain this very unfixable road
My body and mind could totally explode
For they won't listen ...won't understand
How different the lay is to my land

I travel this road that has taken it's toll
Left my heart with an un patchable hole
So wide, so deep, this road of grief
Life's forever endless dreadful thief

It cannot be paved, sealed, or covered
When you travel this road it is quickly discovered
That nothing can fix this unfixable road
That life has tragically bestowed

In loving memory of Joey and his heavenly buddies
